Hello.

Title states it all. True that I am dissatisfied a lot of times, but hey every human has to express them out at one point in time, true? Ok, so what am I unhappy about?

COMMITMENT.

What about commitment? The fact that some people can't contain and digest the phenomenon that they're involved in something major and important and then show their standard.

Oh wait, maybe, just maybe, they know they're in something major thus they want to show off. Instead of showing off by being humble, they're showing off about something that they're not supposed to be proud of because firstly, they've not achieved anything satisfactory that could be congratulated upon and secondly, they've shown no drastic progress in their actions in that particular activity. Hence, to your annoying super high nose-up-in-the-air stuck-up pride, here's a big NO. No to what? NO ONE LIKES PEOPLE WHO ACT AS IF THEY'RE THE ONE WHO ACHIEVE SOMETHING WHEN THEY'VE DONE NOTHING AT ALL.

Standard? What standard am I saying? If you guys want to maintain that standard then work your ass of that shit. But no, I'm not saying that you're supposed to rely on one person or two people to make things happen ok. You think they're some genie or fairy godparents that can easily wave their wands and get what YOU guys want? No. The fact that they've stressed themselves 24/7 (ok, not really, but mostly) just to think of moves and awesome movements just for that competition. You know you guys always complain of wanting a new achievement: to bring up the standard. Well, number one rule: WORK TOGETHER. If you think just by standing there and waiting for that "magic" to work will happen, then I suggest you wake yourself up from that dream of yours.

It annoys me to no particular end that every single one of you don't do well every week. Why do I say so? Why do I talk too much when I'm not the one in the competition? Why am I such a busybody? Well, close your trap and read it on. The spectator of a game is always the one who SEES what happens, the best.

If you guys want standard, don't disrespect the ones in charge. Don't show your attitude towards the people who cares about the unit. Don't show that you're all that big, because if you were that big and mighty of a person, then why aren't you the one who was chosen to be standing in front and leading the rest? True that the probability of you getting it is 2 out of 15 or something but if they 2 can get the chance by wasting those beads of perspiration every single week, then why can't you? If you're so much devoted to the unit just like them, then why aren't you the ones in front.

You've got no idea how tough it is to be standing in front of other people. You've no idea how much courage was being plucked up just to talk to you guys. You've no idea how much pressure was being weighed on their shoulders trying to come out with new ideas for the unit just for the sake of all of you. LOOK, when the competition's going to end and you guys achieved a position and you guys are either happy/disappointed, let us see, which one of you will go up to both of them and say thank you for all the efforts done. Let us see every week, which one of you actually appreciates them?

Just because you're friends with them, just because you're in the same level as them, just because you have the same rank as them, when you're put in a unit, you better give your damn respect towards them because they did not get their IC & AIC roles for no reason. They were called and chosen as IC & AIC so that there's someone to lead you guys. They're there to lead. They're there to help all of you. If you guys are going to disrespect them, if you guys are going to show your attitude, THEN WHY THE HELL IN THE FIRST PLACE DOES THAT UNIT EVEN HAVE TO HAVE 2 LEADERS IN FRONT OF ALL OF YOU. If there weren't to be, I BET ALL OF YOU WILL JUST SIT AND STARE AND FIGHT EVERY WEEK JUST TO CHOOSE RIGHT?

Just shush your trap, man. It's seriously annoying. Respect one another. Respect those who have a higher power than you in that particular unit. When you grow up and work, no one is going to give a damn about your feelings dude. Those with power will continue to lead on, and people like you (with no power) just have to strive hard and continue living life normally. Don't tell me you're going to show attitude and complain all the time? Yeah, do it. Let's see who'll get sacked alright.

Just venting my frustration. Whoever wants to read it is free to do so. You're not happy with me, you can voice it out. We certainly can sit down face-to-face and have a nice tea-time together. You don't have to reply me behind those screens of yours. I dare to confront all of you but I don't want to say it because I'm nobody in this but if you dare to confront me for saying all these then come on, you're going to get burnt by me. Fire with fire, dudes. Bye.

And to those two in-charges, trust me, both of you are doing a fantastic job in handling with silly situations like this. Heads up and continue to strive harder for the unit. You'll achieve something that you deserve. If no one appreciates you in your unit, there's one person who's typing this all out, who really really really appreciates and envy the leadership that both of you have. So smile on and do your job! There's more to life than these silly human beings trying to make your life harder.
